We've been having problems with the NOC for some time now, and unfortunately we have yet to find a solution. While we've tried a number of different solutions to get the NOC working reliably as yet nothing has fixed the issues without introducing further problems.There are a few more things we can try, and the Steering Committee are also investigating longer term solutions to ensure this doesn't happen in the future. In the meantime, please bear with us!

Hello,did you have a date for using the NOC and specifically the download of documents and the usage of SVN ?
