The PostNuke Network Operations Center serves many purposes. It provides a place for PostNuke CMS users to be report bug, submit patches, and share snippets of code to help each other.
The NOC also provides a place for third party module developers to host their modules. The NOC can be reached at http://noc.postnuke.com∞ .
First, all PN users can host their project for free on the NOC. If you choose the NOC to host your project, the project has a bug tracker, forums, download center, task manager, CVS for development and news posting ability. To host your project on the NOC all you have to do is request space, providing a short description etc, and once you are approved you will have your own area assigned within the NOC site.
There are also many features to help with PostNuke development at the NOC. For example, the patch submissions feature has been mentioned already; if you find an area of code in the PostNuke system that could be more efficient, or written more clearly, then feel free to indicate your changes in a patch submission to the NOC. One of the core developers will review your submission, and if accepted the submission will be incorporated into the core.
