What's News available again 0 Reads
What's News is a "newsletter" module with a long PostNuke history. It was begin developed by Oliver Gading back in 2002 and was about 98% done when work stopped. I was a beta tester. I now need it in a production environment, and have built on his work to get it completed.

Click here to get the whole story and download it.

It's pnAPI compliant
It does not use pnRender
It seems to work in PN 0.80 MS001, although I have no real site sending real newsletters with it.
It definately works in .762

OpenStar Module Generator updated! 0 Reads
We've updated our module generator (available at here) with a round of fixes. The module generator now generates code which (through the use of conversion script) can run on PN 0.8 MS1. We've also extended it generate all used localization strings so that the ugly language constants don't show up anymore and applied a few minor formatting fixes.

We hope that these changes help make the module generator into a useful tool for the PN/OS development community.

Please report any bugs on our forums.

0.8.0.0 API Documentation 0 Reads
We have been compiling 0.8 module development documentation. There are lots of new API's and lots of easy ways to do things now, especially database handling. You can checkout the growing Wiki here documentation is being updated regularly and there will be Howto example modules available soon - these follow a much more simple and easy to digest format to explain how to use various parts of the system.

This should also be helpful to see how to migrate your modules to the 0.8 framework.
