This theme is the default Joomla template, i port this theme to PostNuke to show that's the graphical layer is not the only thing to consider, when choosing a CMS.

How to

Install the template

-install you PostNuke 0.8 -copy pnjoomla to the "themes" folder

-go to the "theme" module

http://localhost/postnuke/index.php?module=Theme&type=admin

-regenerate the themes list pnJoomla should appear

-set the template as default the template should appear

... but the block on right top corner is empty

Customize the template

- create a new position "right-top" in the block module http://localhost/postnuke/index.php?module=Blocks&type=admin&func=newposition

- create a new block "Blocks/Menu Block" using the right-top position http://localhost/postnuke/index.php?module=Blocks&type=admin&func=new

the menu appear in the right-top corner

- delete the block "Main menu" on the left

- create a block "Blocks/Extended Menu Block" on the left ( don't use extmenu.css or you will get small circle next to you menu, check the "modules" options and choose the module you wan't to display) the default joomla menu should appear

- create a "who is online" block on the left

- delete the "admin message" block on the center part

- add two HTML block on the center part

Supported Languages: english

two versions:

1- whole PostNuke PN0.8 RC1 installation with PnJoomla set as default template

2- only the template

no, you can't use custom zone with the 0.764

Thanks for this. Don't seem to be getting up the extended menu as you have it. I'm not using the CSS file but how does one link in the graphics etc behind the module links on the left hand side eg to AvantGo etc etc

Home, News, Contact must be edited by hand (you to edit the files directly)

i didn't understand your problem with extended menu, a screenshot ?

Ok. Sorry. Found it. Needed to edit the webnetter header file. Some of the modules don't seem to line up properly. How can I upload a screenshot?

Another point. If I look at the site with the firefox webmaster tools the theme looks for a graphic:

themes/pnDefault/images/spacer.png

I tried creating a directory and also copied across this graphic from the joomla theme but it broke the site. This must be a problem to correct.

Look at your own demo and: demo/index_fichiers/spacer.htm
