I've set up a mailing list and I've been copying my stories over to the mailing list, but this is a pain in the butt. Is there a way to have Post Nuke automatically package a new story in an email and shoot it off? -August http://mygeekdom.com

I'm thinking I might actually try my hand at coding the mod myself. I've never done it before, but I have nothing but time. :) I think what needs to happen is, when a new story is posted and it goes into the DB, a script runs that sends the story to an email address which could be anything (i.e. a mailing list already created). That wouldn't be so hard would it? Would I have to modify the core files though, like the poststory() function (or what ever it is, I haven't looked yet)? Oh yeah.... <plug> MyGeekdom.com.
