How do I get an external htm page to display in the center block.

I have PostWrap and have the htm file listed there, but I don't know how to get it to show automatically in the center block. I've tried the simple file with the path, but no luck.

I was able to pull up a page from an external site into the theme of a current site. Of course, the external page replaced what is normally displayed on the index page (news, etc.).
