greatkingrat Registered User Posts: 1 Posted: 2.Apr 2006 - 05:44	Alright, i'm surprised i've gotten this far, got PHP installed on a windows apahce box, downloaded mySQL and installed it (not sure how to configure this though, of if it needs configuring) then went to install post nuke (going to use it mainly for phpbb , supposedly an easy forum software) when i enter what i think is the DB info, and click next and click the make DB and click next it doesnt' nothing, just the "see install guide" that's on all the pages, and nothing else.... could someone help me out with the SQL thing, it's way over my head i think, but i'd really like to get this working. thanks Nate

Two things:
1. What did you put in for database info?
2. Assuming you created the database ahead of time in mySQL, you do NOT check the 'Create the database' box.
