I have been struggling with this for days now. After working with Xanthia and my thmee for several months now I can't get any of the block control features to work. When I use the visual buttons to manage blocks I get the message to enable block control for all modules. If I do this I get an error: Failed to load module Xanthia (at function: "setOnAll"). If I go to the Xanthia Block Control function in Admin all blocks are listed for all modules (is that correct, it doesn't seem right). If I change the position nothing on the site changes. In fact no changes that I make take place. I can't add new blocks, move, or delete from custom block zones. I thought maybe I needed to gererate theme cache. But when I do that I get an error:Failed to load module Xanthia (at function: "generatethemecache") At this point the theme is worthless becasue I can't manage the blocks to position in my custom blcok zones. ZIn fact, I can't get Xanthia to work with any theme. I do have a long list of blocks, but I can't imagine that this is holding me up, is it? This seems to have happened after the most recent upgrade to (0.7.6.2) I have reset the theme, reloaded xanthia with no luck. I am extremely frustrated. Xanthia was working so well for me until now! I would really appreciate any suggestions. |

Hammerhead, Thanks for offering assistance. I didn't upload the whole module again, however I did remove it from the list of modules, initialize and reactivate. Do you think I need to remove the module, delete the directory upload the Xanthia module to start from scratch? |

Just reupload Xanthia - there's no need to deactive / reinitialise it. -- Regards, Simon itbegins.co.uk - Zikula Consulting Please read the Support Guide |
