HTMLPAGES - Admin Panel Change

It would be awsome if there was an options area. Where you could select what to include in search criteria. Titles, Content, Ect. I have been searching the htmlpages.php file that I copied to Includes/Search but I cant find what to change to exclude content from being searched.
