After much head bashing and multiple attempts, I humbly request assistance.
Scenario:
I have 3 levels of access (anonymous, free and paid). Downloads are only available to registered users (got that one under the belt). However, downloads are split into 2 categories, free and paid access (got permissions on those working too). The problem I have is that I dont want anyone to be able to add new downloads other than admin - I am at a loss.
Any ideas would be great. -

Have you read the User Guide on this subject. The UG uses a three teir security model as its primary example...

I actually found another doc, I think its linked off another tpoic on this forum, but ill provide it here anyway. It explained a hell of a lot with regards to permissioning. But thanks anyways for the reply.
