My Email to users isn't working. It gives the message that it's sent but users never get it. When I tried to create a new account, it sent the password, but other users have told me they never got their passwords.

I have a 3rd party software that I use as well and it's also not sending itself out eventhough it gives the message that it's sent successfully.

I used the 'free' Lycos.co.uk site before and everything worked fine, but when i upgraded to a paid site and moved my database over, it stopped working.

Is it a PHP setting? or is it something I should be talking to Lycos about?
