Hi,
In the package of PostNuke is also the dir phoenix-SQL. What do I do with the file in that? Copy it to the place where I also copied the HTML contents?

The SQL file is a database dump of a default install of PN. This can be used to create a basic setup bypassing the installer. If you've used the installer to setup PN then you don't need this file.
