Adding content to the main menu

Ok here is the scoop. I am using Content Express. I have made my roster page and would now like to add the link to the menu bar. Can someone walk me through what to do please. If I can get this down I will be able to do most everything else.

Go to the page you want to link to and copy everything in the addressbar after www.yoursite.com/
The go to Admin-->Blocks, find the menu block in the list and click edit - you can then make the extra space for your item and paste your URL in... (it's a slight pain cause the menu pops you back to the block menu on every edit)...

A useful module to reduce the pain of block editing is menu edit - incase you are interested.
You can also use the Content Express menus for simpler addition of CE links to a menu, but your CE links will be separated from the main menu.
