Hi Guys,
I had my site installed for me blah blah, and now i want to install a neat theme i found..
Now i am not sure if i need a FTP to upload it, let alone where to put the files?
Is there a maual or dummies guide to this? -

Put it in the themes direcory.
(PN-Root) - themes - MyTheme
MyTheme is the directory of the theme where theme.php is.

yes - you need a ftp-client to upload the sources as jörg described
