which file to edit for main menu?

    I installed some modules and want to add the links to the main menu on the left main block, I was wondering which file do I need to modify to add those lines in and where is it located? thanks.

    you dont need to modify any files in PostNuke, administer blocks through administration > blocks - you need to edit the main menu
