Yet again...another silly question

I'm trying to get this to bar to scroll..but when I go into blocks/pnphpBB2, and select the scroll option it doesn't work. It also doesn't work when I deslect it?

Oh -- and if any of you know why the SPchat isn't working, I'd also appreciate it greatly. When I click on the chat panel under administration, it takes me to the main page, and when I click on first room, it does the same. All while logged in!

well, my site isn't working now because I accidentally tried to chmod lycos.co.uk..so don't worry about the page. Still - any ideas.

(this is not a bump! just meant to inform you guys that the site shouldn't be working.)
