I have a new installation of .726 Phoenix (w/ PHP 4.3.4, Apache 1.3.27, MySQL 3.23.52)and I'm having trouble adding blocks. When I click on 'New Block' under Blocks in the Admin menu, all I get is a Blank Page. I can view blocks and show all blocks just fine. When I try to add a new block I don't even get the site title at the top of my browser window, just the URL.

I tried searching the forums and couldn't find anything like this. Any ideas?

I have been googling and searching these forums for about four hours as I have exactly the same problem: when I click on add a new block I get a BLANK SCREEN with no visible HTML code when I 'view source'.

I have edited the pnAPI file to remove the hiding of error reports, this does not help: nothing is being passed to the Blank Page.

I have deactivated all modules one by one and then tested and this does not help.
