INSTALL PROBLEM

  • Trying to install PostNuke, My browser opens up with CODE.
Have MYSQL, APACHE, on windows XP operating system
  • You need PHP
  • I do have PHP installed.
I configured the .ini file etc and placed a copy in the system folder as well as the apache htdocs folder.

I had another error prior to this: The browser would open up with the typical "the page could not be displayed. Have uninstalled all the apps since and reinstalled and reconfigured and now at a different problem.

Thank you for response but yes I do have PHP.
  • If you're getting the code, then it's not installed into Apache properly. If it were installed properly, then you'd see the site, not the code. Maybe look at one of the all in one easy install packages like http://www.apachefriends.org/index-en.html
  • Have downloaded the foxServ all-in-one package and Im getting the same thing displayed.

There is only one reason this can occur - PHP not installed correctly. However, this forum is not for PHP configuration help - for more responses you need to go elsewhere
