I am looking for an experienced programmer/developer (PHP/MySQL PostNuke) to customize the Member List module for use as a networking tool at a conference. There will be about 800-1000 names in the list. There are some screen shots located at www.totalpicture.com/MemberList that shows a similar project, although it is more robust and detailed than what I'm looking for in this iteration.

SCOPE DOCUMENT

1.0 Modify existing MemberList module to work as a networking tool.
1.1 Module would be accessed from a link on the client's home page (HTML)

2.0 Require Userid and password to access application. (This would be their email address and phone#)
2.1 The ability to import/update a CSV file with the following information:
2.2 User Name (Last, First)
2.3 Company
2.4 Title
2.5 email
2.6 userid (email address)
2.6 password. (their 10 digit phone number)
2.7 this file would be imported to the registered users MySQL (or whatever) database, and would need to be updated by us

3.0 I will create a graphic design and custom header using client logo based on parameters established by you.

4.0 In the MemberList graphic, add a link to a PDF file containing all of the attendees names, company name, and title (we will create this document)

5.0 The "Name" (Last Name, First Name)
5.1 Names would be displayed in alphabetical order
5.2 Whatever default number of "names" displayed on a page is fine for the # of names per page

6.0 The "COMPANY/INDUSTRY" Field would be "Company"

7.0 The Title/Job Function would be Title - Mail Icon would be as is - no web page icon

8.0 We don't need to show the # of registered users, or the # of registered users logged in

9.0 Login
9.1 UserName will be their email address
9.2 Password will be their 10 digit phone number
9.3 Remember Me and Auto Login boxes

10. "Messages" link added to form
10.1 Once logged in, user will be able to see personal messages sent/received by clicking this button

11.0 Edit Profile" Button (see screen shot)
11.1 Name Field
11.2 Company Field (editable)
11.3 Title Filed (editable)
11.4 Email Field (editable)
11.5 Web site (editable)
11.5 Opt-in selection -- "Please forward messages sent to me through this system to the email account listed in this profile



12.0 Search by:
12.1 Company
12.2 Name
