Is there anything currently available that will allow me to add live baseball scores to a site? I have done several searches but only seemes to come up with broken links or phpnuke for results.

I use the "SportsBlock" code, which is the HTML code of the scoreboard from CBS Sportsline. With some minor editing, I was able to create specific scoreboards for football, basketball and baseball, placing each instance in a separate HTML block.
I don't know if that is what you're looking for, but it's a start.
