    hi, i've enabled 'allow anonymous users to comment' but when i log out to test it the comments link is deactivated. i just want anyone to be able to read and post comments on the news articles posted.

    actually. is there anyway of letting non members into downloads as well? i'd pretty much like non members to be able to do everything except add news stories and access admin. anyone?
