    Sorry, I know this must seem a stupid question. But I have downloaded Phonix 7. something. But where is the Post Nuke Program to run it? Or is there one?

    Once you have loaded the decompressed package onto your webserver, you need to run the www.yoursite.com/install.php file (this is assuming you have loaded the files into your root directory) otherwise the install.php file is found in the HTML directory.
