Installation of XTERC4 and problem with user, download mod

    After installing XTERC4, I have problems with user account and download block.

    When I click on change homepage or change your info or logout for example, nothing happen. it still stay on the same page.
    I have no message.


    I have access denied when i click on download, user or ephemerid module
    in the administration menu.
