Problem - Can't Get Past 20% of Installation

This is a bit of a strange one, and I was hoping for some advice on it. I am trying to install PostNuke on a remote Linux server, but cannot get past the 20% stage (Licence Agreement), as clicking on 'Next' drops me back to the 10% stage (Language Selection). I believe that I have set the permissions correctly, and I am getting no error messages.

Its not a browser problem, as IE fails to work. I've checked the FAQ and installation guides, and haven't seen anything that helps. Really stuck, and would appreciate any help!

May sound silly, but cookies fully enabled in your browser?

Yup, and I double checked to make sure. I've tried it on 2 PCs using 3 different browsers (Including IE). I'm fairly sure its a server config issue (over which I have no control) unless it can be changed locally/runtime.
