    hi, i have uploaded post nuke to my host, and when excuting the intall.php, i get this message Unable to make database. the host supports PHP and Mysql, what am i doing wrong?

    also i have uploaded the SQL document to my host so the database is kind of set up, all its nuke pages are mdae, how do i make the site from here?

    also i get this message

    No database made.Error connecting to DB

    On the first one, you have to have an empty database set up, with a user name to install PostNuke, unless you have root (complete and total access) to the system, and even then, it's better to have a database and user set up.. Your host will tell you what information you should put in to that page.

    As to the error you got, 99.9% probabilty that Phoenix isn't your database name.
