I think I have everything working correctly with the new upgrade to 750, but my themes are not showing up. Except for the ones that came with the upgrade. I really liked my old theme. It wasn't an AutoTheme, just a regular one.
How can I get them to show up in Settings?

maybe you should go to the the folder themes and uninstall them and then install them again. -

I did and everything is working fine. I think there's nothing else to fix, thankfully. Of course, all of this was accomplished on a test site. I'm still very afraid to switch my actual site. I'll probably wait for the full release and just mess around with this one until that time. -

750RC2 is a "Release Candidate" - available to the community for test/bug reporting. There have been approximately 100 "commits" in CVS since its release. Therefore, I agree - you probably want to wait to upgrade your "actual site" until that version is actually released.
