this is my first time at post nuke and how do i change the theme.

ive got one downloaded but dont know how do use it as my theme.

help plzzzzz guys

It's very easy. Simply take your new theme in it's folder and place it your theme directory. Once there, go to your administration panel in your site and choose "Settings". A short way down the page, you can choose (from a drop down menu) from the themes that are residing in your themes folder, including the new one you just placed there.

NOTE- Should there be a problem with your new theme, this may cause your entire site to stop working and recovering isn't possible without using the PostNuke Swiss Army Knife tool or directly editing your database.

Also if its a auto theme/theme you will need to install auto theme lite for it to work or els it will mess up your site. One thing I always do with trying out a new theme is to make a test acc on my PN site and try the theme out on that acc and only that acc not seting it as a defult theme for the whole site that way you can save your self a lot of time if the theme messes up.
