I am tring to host my PostNuke site on a Mac X Server that I manage. I currently have a site completely configured on my web host's server using Cpanel and I would like to transfer the entire post nuke application and all of its content.
Is this doable? If so, how? Do you have any suggestions?

You need to make sure that the OS X Server has all the required dependencies that PN requires - MySQL, Apache, PHP. Depending on the version of OS X Server, it might already include those, or you may grab Mark Lyanage's or Server Logistics' excellent installs of these modules.
Then, it's just a matter of installing the database, making sure MySQL is running, and uploading your site.
