Unable to Download PostNuke

I am a newbie here and I was hoping to download the latest copy of PostNuke, however I keep getting a Blank Page. Is anyone else having that problem?? -

If i click the download latest version link on the mainpage the browser goes really slow until the progrss bar is 100% and just sits there doing nothing
if i go to pndocs and click on the download PostNuke link (left hand side) i get a pop up window with the following message
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
any help appreciated -

there was a problem with the underlying pafiledb - http://downloads.postnuke.com is now back online...
