I'm looking for a module for my site that will show me primarily which users are inactive.
I would not mind something that also shows the stats for all users. Displaying data such as most frequent registered user, and things like that.
Does something like this exist?

Something *like* that exists. The statistics module from http://www.mtrad.com does track visitors. It may not report on exactly what you want. But even though it may not be on report, the data is still collected. So, reports are easy to add...
