I have PostNuke .726 with XTE installed on it, in a Linux OS, Apache Server, Mysql and PHP, all latest versions,

I have a problem initializing some modules, specially the dq_helpdesk ver 5.0, I uploaded fine through FTP, then I go to the administration section, click on modules, then regenerate, then look for dq_helpdesk module, click on initialize module, and when I click, the page goes blank, and in the address bar, the URL that shows is:



And the page does not goes back to the modules list, then I press F5 to refresh the page and the modules list pages is displayed, with this error message on top of it:



I also checked the database directly with phpMyAdmin, and the tables for dq_helpdesk are not created.

This also happens with Postwrap module, as well as with SPChat, so, I don't think is a problem of some particular module itself, but with PN, the strange thing is that is not the first installation I did, and in more than 20 installations of PN, never happens this before.

Any solutions would be appreciated

I'm also getting this same problem but only difference is I'm using IIS. Any help would be greatly appreciated as well!

Just found a work around for Postwrap anyways and that is the new version. Postwrap 2.5.

For the rest of us stuck on the same problem, could you post details on your work-around?

I am having the same problem - I am using the .750 build.

I had no problems with postwrap - the two mods I am trying to install that are creating the same situation as stated above are ..

Have played around a bit and haven't found the problem yet.

Will keep an eye on this thread and let you know if I figure out anything.
