Problem with online mannual

When i open online mannual and minimize it and i again click the online mannual linke the minimize window does not get activated.

Would any body solve this problem?

Sorry - i'm confused... If you minimise the window then why not use the standard windows method of restoring it i.e. click on it in the task bar? I don't see a problem here.... The admin menu link creates a new window nothing more.
