    I have one simple question – can I remove footer message that the site is build on the PostNuke system ?

    Question is of course only theoretical – i asking because some group of people witch are “fighting with plagiaries in my country ” said that when somebody remove this section from footer it is plagiary (?!)

    The only thing you can't do is remove the copyright notices that are in the code, including the generated HTML output. Visible copyrights aren't required to be left in place.
