My server currently got hacked and it replaced all the index.htm files with some Monkey thing. And I'm reuploading all the files and stuff, but since Cpanel is currently screwed, I get this message when I go to my Index "Problem in Database Connection."
I already edited the config.php file, is there any other files that might be related to this error?

that file does hold the info needed to connect to the database.. assuming one exists.

Assuming you edited it with out using the PostNuke Swiss Army Knife, which is the recomended way to do it, you need to make sure you set the encoded flag to 0.
