  • īThanks ShoeMonkey but this is just a test, no need really for that. I would prefer to know if anyone has experienced the same and found a solution.
    Thanks again

That looks more serious Hassandude, to be honest I am doubting these dev. dudes put much thought in this release, it has giving me so many problems, the other release 076 went so smooth, but this one, well,,,, after the install issue I tried to remove the admin message you get in the front block, and again I couldnt delete it, only deaktivate it, or delete the content of it. I have a bad feeling about the RC3, wonder why these dudes put it out,

With regards to PostCalender, I am still getting errors,

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /bla bla bla
    PostCalendar/plugins/function.pc_date_format.php on line 27

Hope someone good at PHP does something about it very soon...
  • I know the awnser for this *or i have seen it brb and will post it here :)

    HERE you can find:

    http://www.elfisk.dk/index.php?module=Pagesetter&func=viewpub&tid=7&pid=16
  • that doesnt work, I did as stated there, and there is a file which doesnt exist in that page.
    this one modules\postcalendar\plugins\function.moon_phase.php

Anyhow thanks for trying. But I was in that page just for some hours ago, and didnt help.

guess you overwrote a 'classic' theme with a xanthia theme (see release announcement). try to switch to ExtraLite (with e.g. the PostNuke Swiss Army Knife tool) and initialize and activate the corresponding xanthia theme prior to setting it as a default theme for your site

the postcalendar issue has been covered a couple of times before in the corresponding Third Party Galleries & Calendars forum - please use the appropriate place for your postings...

Do you understand the concept behind a Release Candidate? It's to find problems. By it's very nature, there will be bugs that need to be addressed. If it's not working, go back to 726, you shouldn't be trying to use 750RC3 in a production enviroment at this point unless you are wanting to have hassles and headaches and contribute to the process of moving it from an RC status to a release status.
  • Honestly, I'm having the same problem but it seems more serious. I delete the cookies, it works fine. Close out explorer (or whatever browser) and come back to experience the problem again.

It's quite possible this is unrelated, but now the whole damn site's down (2 subdomains and 2 root domains on one account, not to mention my developement site where I'm testing code for a module I'm working on). If the site was up, I'd probably have more details for you, but here goes anyway (may even be old information for all I know):
    RH Linux: Kernel 2.4.21
    Apache: 1.3.29
    PHP: 4.3.3
    MySQL: 4.0.18
  • I have not run into this problem...did a clean install on one test subdomain and an upgrade on another.
Liam: I visited your site and took a peek at the code, it says .723, did you downgrade and use a backup?
