Login/Logout missing
 Top

  • I've searched the site regarding this issue, but have not found an answer.

Apparently, while attempting to customize the user experience I deleted the ability to login or logout, along with a number of other Main Menu options. How do I restore (make visible) login/logout and the original items in Main Menu?

Please don't flog me too hard.

    Thanks!

    jc
  • Do you mean you deleted the links off the main menu? Because if you did, then all you have to do is add it back in. Your users can login in through user.php

  • I guess what I'm looking for is a way to restore everything to it's original state when first installed. I haven't gotten very far, so starting over seems like the best thing to do. If I knew exactly which files to replace to make the login/logout available in the menu I would just replace them and be done with it.

Is it hard to reinstall? Does it screw up the database?

    Thanks!
  • I've tried reinstalling and every time, I had to clear the DB, other than that, it's basically just like installing a fresh one.
