When I click on the Article link on my homepage (News) it loads up a new page, everything loads fine but at the bottom of the screen I get error messages

This happens on all Articles, I have searched all websites but none of em helped, I know its not my webserver cos the same error message is displayed on my localserver (my computer)....I have put short urls but dont think thts causing the issue.

Also users cannot change the password because of this error ie nothing loads up but just the error.

On my other website after putting short URLs when I click on Blocks in admin section it loads a Blank Page everything was working fine before I put in short URLs.....please help ....
