    How do you add a banner or banners on top of the page?.

    hey , i have actived forum but when i click on the link i get Err0r messages

    You're going to need to be a whole lot more specific.

    First, there is lots of info on activating banners in these forums. Do a quick search and I think you'll find what you need. Note that if you are using a third party theme, some of them don't have banner display capabilities.

    Second, what is the error message you are getting when you click the menu link? What forum are you using? And what link are you clicking?
