HELP! Accidently Erased Data! Can I Undo It?

    I was trying to install a new module on my PostNuke site. I uploaded a data.sql from the module to my pnke1 database in phpMyAdmin and it erased all my data. My whole site went back to just a basic PostNuke installation! I lost 200 members! Is there anyway I can undo this? Please help, thanks in advance.     You'll have to contact your web host and see if they have a recent back up of the database.
