    In document about PostNuke "The Official PostNuke Guide (pnGuide)" of Simon Birtwistle. I have a heading "4.1.8.7. Internationalization", but i can not find this function in menu administrator/setting.
    I want to use Vietnamese for my portal and i had a Vietnamese file. But when i copy it to my host (PostNuke's root). It don't effect to my portal. Because i am a beginer. so please show me step by step for fix this problem. Thanks much.
