Wow, what an open-ended question.

I suggest you start by reading the installation and setup documentation that comes with PostNuke. Then read relevant documents in the pnDocs area at the top of this page and also on the left side. Then if you have more specific questions, we can help.

Also, there are hosting services who offer preinstalled PostNuke as a part of their package. I don't use them, but perhaps others here could steer you in the right direction for that.

I've had many versions of PostNuke and am having issues installing the current one, never a prob before. You simply FTP the file to your host/site as a "batch upload" then go to install.php and follow the prompts.
It will tell ya there to chmod stuff to 777 and 666. For me, this is right clicking on the file in my FTP program then choosing "permissions" and checking off enough boxes til it reads "777".
Very easy and sorta the pride of PostNuke folks that their program is so easy to use, hence the lackluster response. Don't take it personally. Give it a try, it surprised me my first time.

..why not. message me with FTP access (login/pass). I'm only home at night (except on weekend when the reverse may be true).. so if I've got access by tomorrow night, I can do it then.
