How did you upload the files? Did you set the to ASCII or Binary or is it automatic? Anyone else have any ideas on what might be causing this?

..I forget the actual apache setting (AddType i think) name, but it's not reading .php files ..it's displaying them like text.. so, might want to notify the host.

I have seen some MS Windows hosting providers who offer PHP and MySQL as part of the features of their hosting packages. I personally have not tried any of them though as I like to use some things that are not native to Windows like cron and such.
If your hosting provider does offer PHP and MySQL as part of the hosting package you have, you may need to find out from them if there is anything they or you need to do to make it active on your account. I have not seen any MS Windows hosting providers offering Apache web server as part of the deal, so you will be using MS Internet Information Server (IIS for short). So there could be something not right with the IIS and PHP co-existing together.
If you are seeking some general information or knowledge about hosting providers for PostNuke, this might help you out to fill in some of the gaps, http://www.irarichar…ead&order=0&thold=0
I wrote it to be informative while not being a marketing piece for any one technology or service provider. I try to remain neutral in all of that and just provide the information folks need to make an informed decision. Hopefully it will help you out some with information you need to know and then you can determine if your hosting provider has the ability to host your PostNuke site or not.
Hope this helps. -

And I merged it back in and clipped the text of the install.php file. By starting a 2nd post, you complicate the support process and make the search results harder to follow if someone has a similar problem.
You'll need to contact your host, the server is not processing the PHP, so it's a server issue.
