Hey all,

How do I turn off guest access to my forums. I have the phpbb installed w/ PostNuke and guest (anyone that doesn't register) are able to post and I'd like that turned off.

Any help much appreciated.

Yes I have same problem I hope it can be set so guest cant post. There is no options in any of the configuration tables. But I have seen that some have it set so guest cant post so I am pretty sure it can be done. :mrgreen:

Also There Several Modules that are on the seft side list that I dont need and I would like to get them off of that list but no matter what I so they are still there. I deleted them from the admin modules control panel and even right off to the server but they are still on the pages. Can anyone tell me how to delete the unwanted modules.

Ok I found out how: I will post for others who have same problem. You have to set permissions for each forum you create. login as admin on your forum go to administration panel, under forum admin click pemmisions, from the drop down box select the forum you want to set then click the look up forum button. A forum permissions window will no be displayed and it works :D
