I had a few problems in the upgrade process from 726 to 750, mostly due to setting the DB username, password and prefixes wrong to begin with. I set up a new DB user and password and used that instead (annoyingly have lost original install docs I wrote of my last install).

Got the install.php script to finish though, it asked if I wanted to visit site, and I got this error message:

"Session initialisation failed"

Any ideas what this means? Failure to connect to the DB? How do I fix it? Sorry, I'm not a techie and I'd appreciate some pointers to get me going.
