tons of parsing scripts out there.
someone clicks to parse an old theme.
xanthia creates standard head and body statements in master.htm, home.htm, rsblock.htm lsblock.htm etc.(no content yet just head and body HTML tags, Blank Page)
Next it parses an old theme.php.
bgcolor to textcolor2 goes into the color scheme, just carrries those variables over. Style.php carries over.
stuff after block position==l
goes in lsblock.html
stuff after block position==r
goes in rsblock.html
well...you can take it from here. I would think this is quite doable.

what's a legacy theme? never understood the legacy term. Is that the old style one?

Another suggestion. A number on top of those little < tags OR when I hover over it, gimme some info.
