I'm using WAMP5 (Windows, Apache, MySQL, PHP package). The PostNuke install went beautifully. I installed Pagesetter and all the child apps (Folders, TopicAccess, Calender) but hated them so uninstalled. Now when I try to install ContentExpress or SteelKB it just says "Error! Sorry! Table creation failed". Sometimes it gives the table name. I've checked, and the table name exists. I've completely wiped the database and reinstalled PN twice now. I've tried dropping the module tables multiple times, creating them manually, removing the module, reinitializing... nothing works.

Is this because WAMP uses MySQL 5? What gives?

No you wouldn't be able to install at all if it was the known MySQL5 issue. Have you tried a fresh copy of PostNuke it'self, it may be that something got changed in a file with one of the other modules.
