so what would you advise obviously PostNuke.
I want the easiest and quickest to use as I have a lot of info to put on the web
Hmmm.... I don't "obviously" do much of anything. :?
I
would advise you to make your own decisions since it is your own work/time that is going to be involved.:) Of course, the "easiest" solutions are probably going to be fully developed fee-ware solutions, wherein you pay for the product and establish a support contract. There are MANY.
Over the past several years, I've been more prone to be attracted to follow "Open Source" solutions where possible - primarily for several Non-Profit and Not-for-profit Organizations I personally support that cannot afford large IT expenditures.
Making a decision between all the different *Open Source*,
PHP-driven
CMS projects can be a little difficult in itself. On top of that, there are those driven by Perl, Zope (python), ASP, JSP, the list goes on and on.
At last count, I had looked at 39 of them since early last spring, (not counting encompass/envolution). Some were in-depth looks, while others were more cursory in nature.
See this article for a partial list you might find interesting:

I happen to enjoy
PostNuke because I am most familiar with it and I like the direction it is going. I like the PEOPLE directly associated with the project. I like the USERS who try to help and look for ways to get involved in the project. More recently I have grown to like these incredibly active support forums. Having true active support for an open source project is rare in my experience. Last week I chose to become a part of the Team that promotes proper use of the pnForums - and at this age, it is *REAL* hard to get me to actually volunteer for anything. :)
Most of all, I *REALLY* enjoy the fact that this project has generally been able to follow "open development" with access to the CVS available for all of us. It has its warts - but it still ROCKS!
IMHO 8)
Hope this helps!
