Xanthia Admin won't run

Installed 7.62 and when I click on Xanthia icon under Admin, I get:
"Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "xanthiaadminviewmain.htm" in /home/star117o/public_html/pn762/html/includes/classes/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1088"
Any tips are appreciated as always :)
