I'm completely green in the area of building websites. I have a hosting package from Lycos and installed PN through their OneClick service.

The problem I have is that when I go to my website to try and begin the build I find that there is no Administrative page and that is after I log in.

Can anyone help please?

Try admin.php in the location bar after logging in. There should be a link in your main menu to this admin panel, if you login with the proper username / pw Lycos gave you.
