Smarty error accessing admin area after upgrading to 7.6.3

    Getting the following error after upgrading:

    Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "admin_admin_warning.htm" in /home/httpd/vhosts/trendalaska.org/httpdocs/includes/classes/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1095

    Any ideas?

    Also getting a login erro as well: Fatal error: Call to undefined function: user_menu_title() in /home/httpd/vhosts/trendalaska.org/httpdocs/modules/User/tools.php on line 96.
